We maintain high levels of frequent communication with our clients during the project and provide regular status reports.

We take the needs of the client from the basic concept of size and space, through to equipment requirements, layouts and workflow.

Where required we are able to bring onboard architectural and engineering services to provide total turnkey solutions to the laundry and valet operators.

Steps in the process:

Although each project is serviced on an individual basis, the basic steps in the process may involve some or all of the following:

3.  Linen Load Analysis
3.  Service* analysis
4.  Determining equipment need
5.  Operational cost analysis
6.  Sourcing equipment
7.  Layout and Building consideration
8.  Drawings
9.  Protection of design
10. Supply of equipment (logistical considerations including transport, minimal effect on operations etc)
11. Training
12. Post installation evaluation

*Services include electrical, mechanical, cold and hot water, automatic handling and sorting systems, chemical and detergent storing and dispensing systems, air and water discharge.
